Ordering and Shipping Information

  • Please call or e-mail concerning custom basket orders (all contact information).
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for basket delivery. Orders are handled through the US Mail. The Amish do not have electricity, phones, computers or any other modern form of communication. When I receive your order, I will mail the order to the basket makers and upon their completion of the baskets they will drop ship the order to the address you have supplied.
  • Misc. items other than baskets will be mailed out the day following the receipt of the order.
  • We are required to charge sales tax on all orders (tax is applied to both the order and to the shipping/handling costs) shipped to addresses in Texas, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas, USA.
  • Orders will be shipped Parcel Post. Insurance will be automatically included in the Handling Charge of $6.00.
  • The description of each item lists its unpacked weight, which does not include the weight or size of packaging. The total shipping weight of the order will be slightly more than the actual weight of the items in the order. The handling charge has been added to include extra shipping costs, materials and insurance. See the table below for additional details.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The baskets are individually handcrafted in The USA by members of an Amish family. They strive to provide quality products. If you have any questions or need more information please contact us.

    Email [email protected] (please include your phone number) within 30 days of receipt of item. We will do our best to resolve any problem.
  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Ship your items insured.
    We do not offer refunds for returned items damaged in transit.
  • Return your item(s)
    You must return the item in its original condition before a refund of the item, minus the shipping & handling fees will be issued.
  • Our Mistake
    If we have made a mistake on your order we will pay the return shipping expenses.
  • Damaged Items
    All items are insured with The US Postal Service.. For items damaged during shipping you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Please keep ALL boxes and packing materials. Item(s), boxes and packing will need to be photographed.
